AI Meeting Preparation

Pull your CRM, inbox, and Slack history into a structured brief before you open the call.

Prepare for any meeting in 30 seconds

Most meeting prep is the same work every time: find the last email thread, check the CRM, scan the Slack channel, pull up the calendar invite. Mio does all of that in one @mention and hands you a brief in under 30 seconds.

In Slack, type: “@Mio prep me for my call with Acme at 2pm.” Mio looks up the contact in your CRM, finds recent email threads, checks open tickets linked to the account, and reads Slack messages mentioning the company. It replies with a structured brief: who you’re talking to, what was last discussed, what’s open, and suggested talking points.

What’s in a Mio meeting brief

  • Counterparty overview. Company background, key contacts, and relationship stage pulled from your CRM.
  • Relationship history. Last 3–5 email threads and Slack messages involving the attendees. Mio summarises what was discussed and any commitments made.
  • Open items. Unresolved tickets, proposals, or follow-ups from your project tools and inbox.
  • Talking points. Suggested agenda based on the relationship history and what’s open.
  • Flags. Overdue follow-ups, sentiment signals from recent communication, or anything that needs addressing before the call.

Works with 3,000+ tools

Mio connects to 3,000+ tools. Meeting brief quality scales with what you connect — the more sources Mio can read, the more complete the picture. Key sources for meeting prep include your CRM, email, calendar, project management tools, and the Slack channels where your team communicates about the account.

Use cases

  • Customer and sales calls. Full account context before a discovery call, demo, or renewal.

  • Quarterly business reviews. Account history, deal status, and support summary for each customer.
  • Internal planning sessions. Sprint scope, open blockers, and recent decisions before a planning meeting.
  • Executive 1:1s. What happened since last week, what needs a decision, what’s at risk.

Frequently asked questions

How does Mio know who is in my meeting?

If you connect Google Calendar, Mio finds the meeting and reads the attendees from the invite. You can also name the person or company directly in your message and Mio will search across your connected tools for context.

Does it prep automatically or on demand?

On demand for now — you ask Mio in Slack and it replies with the brief. Automatic pre-meeting briefing is on the roadmap. Email support@mio.xyz to register interest.

Can it prep for internal meetings too?

Yes. For internal meetings, Mio draws on the attendees’ Slack history, shared docs, and project status instead of CRM data. Ask: “@Mio prep for my weekly with the engineering team” and it will pull recent channel activity, open issues, and pending decisions.

How long does it take?

Typically 10–30 seconds. Mio streams the reply in Slack as it builds it, so you start reading immediately.
